Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment with us, your card details are required to secure your appointment.
If you are to cancel within 24 hours or not show up to your appointment, 50% of your total bill will be charged to that card.
If cancellation is necessary, please contact us on 9869 8394, 24 hours in advance during business hours. If we are closed, you may leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We do understand that some circumstances are unavoidable but unfortunately we are often unable to fill the gap created when a late cancellation or no show occurs.
24 hours notice gives us the opportunity to offer an appointment to someone on our waitlist which we greatly appreciate.

Re - Do Policy
At Peachy Keen Hair, we want you to love your hair! If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within two weeks of your appointment. We are happy to discuss any concerns and work with you to find a solution.
Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of your stylist, but we do not provide refunds. Our goal is to ensure you leave feeling confident and happy with your hair, so please reach out as soon as possible so we can make it right!
